If your dog is not in the ShowEntries database (based on AKC Number) you may submit the owner & dog information using this form. Please Note: If you are entering or about to enter an event that is currently open for entries, you DO NOT have to use this form to give your dog & owner information. You can do this as part of your entry and there is no additional fee. Give the AKC number on page 1, and proceed with details on the next page of any online entry form. IF HOWEVER, you want to add your dog to the ShowEntries database days in advance of entering an event, then by all means you can use this form. NOTE: We require a credit card for verification of the owner / agent submitting the information. There is a $1 credit card processing charge. Visa, Mastercard, Discover cards accepted.
